The Chemistry IT group (CRCF) is making several changes to help provide better service and reflect our current role as more than just a research computing facility.

What’s new?

Our new email address is ChemIT@cornell.edu. Please send all service requests to this address.

• You will receive an immediate response with a tracking number, which will ensure your request will be logged, assigned to a staff member, and tracked to resolution in a timely manner.
• Please send a separate email with a new subject for different requests so a new tracking number can be generated.
• Improve our ability to respond by using your Cornell email address to submit requests- thank you!

In addition to a new name, ChemIT, we have a new ChemIT Web site at it.chem.cornell.edu which has been updated to list many of our services, and includes links to useful self-help and reference documents. We will continue to add content to our web site.

We look forward to improving our service to you as we implement these changes.
