Enable WebEx Plug-In in Chrome Browser on January 14
The next version of Google Chrome, which is expected around January 14, will require the WebEx plug-in to be manually enabled in order for WebEx to work. The WebEx meeting will not successfully launch (users will stay on the “Join Meeting” page) until the plug-in has been enabled.
For instructions on how to enable the plug-in, please see:

New Look for Blogs Administrative Dashboard
On Sunday, January 12, the Cornell Blog Service will be upgraded to the latest version of WordPress by the vendor, Edublogs. The most significant change will be to the appearance of the administrative interface. The update will bring a total visual refresh of the blog dashboard. It will also be more mobile friendly–it will work well and look good on tablets and smartphones, right in the browser. All the features and menus will be in the same place, so aside from the different look, administering blogs should be the same experience as it is currently. For more information about the new version of WordPress, please see:

Cornell Enterprise Directory Upgrade Jan 19, 26, Feb 2
On three consecutive Sundays from January 19 to February 2, CIT will be applying a minor version upgrade to the university’s Enterprise Directory. This service (not to be confused with CornellAD) is sometimes called the “SunOne directory.” It supports Cornell People Search and other directory lookup functions. Because of redundancy, the upgrade should be non-disruptive.
