CIT will be upgrading the Cisco VPN service from version 3 to version 4 starting on November 17th. Users logging into the VPN service on or after November 17th will be upgraded automatically.

The major change coming is support for 32-bit editions of Linux and Windows Vista will be ending over the next few months. If you are using these older operating systems, you may no longer have access to the VPN or support to make it work. Contact Chemistry IT for help in upgrading.
