IT@Cornell presently licenses WebEx for use in web conferencing by the Cornell community, but has decided to change. IT@Cornell has started phasing out WebEx in favor of a product called Zoom. Support for WebEx will end during summer 2017.

IT@Cornell is asking users to login, test, and transition to Zoom as soon as possible. Zoom features include polling, breakout rooms, and a wide variety of audio options, including unlimited toll calling and toll-free dialing options. Chemistry IT believes Zoom is easier to use and more user friendly than WebEx.
